Smart Alarm
Find the 'Alarm' tab in the Timer menu and start your healthy sleep routine by setting a wake-up time.
Our Sleep soundscape will start automatically with a soothing intro for sleep onset. We recommend you get cozy in bed before starting, so that Endel can soothe you into a good night's rest.
Let Sleep play through the night at a comfortable volume level, then your Smart alarm will gradually start waking you up 5 minutes before the time set.
For an extra morning boost, start your day with one of Endel’s sound scenarios: we've selected a few to give you a head start!
Thanks to Endel’s scientific advisor, Smart alarm is designed for a soft transition from a restful night to a fulfilling day.
Accessibility features
